Diane Robnik graduated with a degree in History from Trent and thoroughly enjoyed her time in Peterborough as an archivist. She now lives in Thunder Bay with her husband and daughter and works at Alumni House at Lakehead University. Halloween is still her favourite time of year.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, young people waged a “dark onslaught” of pranks and mischief every Halloween. It led to a crackdown by Peterborough’s early police force.
