Tom Allen presents Bach’s Long Walk in the Snow at the Jalynn Bennett Amphitheatre

One July 11 from 7 to 9 p.m., Tom Allen will present Johann Sebastian Bach’s Long Walk in the Snow as part of Trent University’s William and Nona Heaslip Music on the Hill series.

The free outdoor concert series will feature artists playing a range of music from jazz and classical pieces to folk and rock. Performances will all take place at the new Jalynn Bennett Amphitheatre, located in the courtyard at Catharine Parr Traill College (315 Dublin Street).

“We think it’s a great way for the family to come and hear some great music at a great venue,” said Dr. Michael Eamon, principal of Catharine Parr Traill College. “And it’s all for free.”
